16 Domino's Restaurants in Western Cleveland Suburbs Proactively Sanitized as Ohio Continues to Reopen

West Milton, OH (June 28, 2020) — Liberty Services Decon Division proactively sanitizes 16 Domino's restaurants in the western Cleveland suburbs as the State of Ohio continues to reopen.

When asked why he hired Liberty Services Decon, Steve Gfell, owner of the 16 Domino's locations said, "Restaurants, like all other businesses, are navigating how to operate during a global pandemic. I've always believed one the of best ways to handle business challenges is to be proactive. When I learned about the process Liberty Services Decon uses, I felt confident this would help my employees feel safe at work and customers feel confident when they purchase food from our stores."

James Luebke, President of Liberty Services Decon explained, "The product we use is registered with the EPA as a disinfectant for a variety of pathogens including SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. We disperse the product through a fogging process so re-entry can be in as little as 30 minutes. With this approach, businesses don't experience much downtime."

Besides initial sanitation, Gfell has hired Liberty Services Decon to continue sanitizing all 16 locations on an ongoing maintenance schedule. "I want my employees and customers to know that I am committed to their continued safety and confidence."

The question "what can restaurants do to make employees and customers feel safe during these unprecedented times?" has been the focus of many articles and discussions in recent months. While there is no one-size-fits-all answer, a prevailing thought is the idea of transparency and visibility.

Today's customers have high expectations that restaurants will implement strict sanitation protocols. Once these protocols are implemented, restaurants should be very open with both their employees and customers about the specific steps they are taking.

Once Steve Gfell decided to hire Liberty Services Decon, he educated the employees at all 16 locations so they, in turn, could educate their customers about the pro-active steps they have taken and the ongoing maintenance program they now have in place.

"After we sanitize a location," said Luebke, "we provide them with a Safety Notice sign and window sticker so they can communicate their sanitation commitment to employees and customers."
